Pearls of Sorbet, LLC was formed in San Diego, California. The Company founder brings a seasoned combination of fine hotel food and beverage experiences at some of the top U.S. hotels and restaurants.
The Company produces only the highest quality wine and spirit sorbets sure to delight even the most discriminating pallet.
Our first creation, called Pearls of Sorbet™, is a luxurious combination of fine wines, from some of the country's best wine makers. These wines are painstakingly blended with only the finest quality Napa Valley ripened fresh fruit purees, natural fruit juices, sweeteners and flavors that together create a symphony of perfectly blended and balanced silky smooth and mouth watering sorbets. Pearls of Sorbet™ products retain the wines natural alcohol content, are all natural, and vegan by nature and completely gluten free.

Pearls of Sorbet™ will be providing its sorbets to the 41st Annual San Diego Press Club Excellence in Journalism Event to be held on Tuesday evening, October 28, 2014
The event brings exposure to over 400 award-winning members of the San Diego Press. This includes newspaper, magazine and website writers, designers, photographers and editors as well as broadcast television and radio producers, reporters and photographers.

A Strawberry & Raspberry Soliluna Garnacha Rosa Wine sorbet was served as a tasting for dessert in addition to the hotels exquisite Spanish Tapas menu created by the hotel's Executive and Banquet Chefs for the attendees.
